Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • holidays
  • high demand periods

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may not be able to modify the order after processing begins
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to address errors

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Contact your local carrier office
  • Reach out to us for assistance

While we are not liable for packages marked delivered, we will always do our best to help locate your order.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the item
  • packaging
  • shipping label

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the site.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, prioritizing our US orders. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
